Can you work with remote or distributed teams?

Our clients are primarily remote. We conduct all interviews over Zoom, and are flexible with scheduling to accommodate employees in different time zones.

How long does a typical engagement last?

A targeted intervention typically takes 4-6 weeks, while ongoing support typically lasts for 1-2 years.

What kind of time commitment does this require from my team?

Hear Me Out provides strategic guidance and support, but our success hinges on your team’s active participation. An interview lasts from 30 to 60 minutes. Roadmapping workshops typically take 4-8 hours.

What determines the final cost of each package?

The final cost will depend on the number of employee, manager, and leadership interviews.

Why should our employees trust your team to keep feedback confidential?

Unlike other firms, our business hinges entirely on employees’ trust.

We work hard to ensure everyone knows what they’re signing up for in advance, redact identifying information from their feedback, and only present quotes in aggregate to avoid singling out any one voice.

How does Hear Me Out protect the data it collects?

Employee feedback is stored with SOC2-compliant third parties. All secure data, including calendar appointments with our team, are accessed via a dedicated user account with Google’s Advanced Protection Program. This is the same security used by journalists, elected officials, and others at high risk of cyber attacks.

Does your process adapt to international cultures?

Our team is acutely aware of how cultures around the world differ in their approach to speaking up at work. We naturally account for these differences in our process as we get to know the team.

Not all of my staff speaks English. Can you interview them, too?

We can conduct interviews in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. For other languages, get in touch.

How do your services integrate with our existing HR practices and tools?

Hear Me Out is an official Lattice partner, and our clients use a variety of ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems. We’re comfortable recommending third-party tools, as well.

How do you maintain momentum after the initial assessment?

We collaborate with leadership on a roadmap, and offer ongoing advising to guide the team’s efforts.
